Account Number/Statements
Q: When will my Private Client Group (PCG) investment management and/or trust account convert to PNC?
A: Your National City Private Client Group investment management and/or trust account will convert to PNC Wealth Management on March 1, 2010.
Q: Will I receive a new investment management and/or trust account number?
A: Yes. You will receive an account transfer confirmation mailing in January which will contain your new PNC Wealth Management Investment Management and Trust account numbers.
Q: Will my investment management and/or trust account statements be different?
A: Your investment management and trust statement will change to the PNC World Class statement. When you receive your first statement from PNC for the month of March, information about how to read your statement will be included.
Q: Will I be able to receive my statements with the same frequency I do today?
A: Yes. You will receive your PNC investment management and/or trust statement with the same frequency you do today.
Q: Will I be able to view my investment management and/or trust statement online?
A: Yes. Once you enroll in PNC Online Banking, you will be able to view statements online.
Tax Information/Reporting
Q: Will there be any changes to the tax reporting information I receive today?
A: PNC will continue to provide all tax information and prepare all tax returns required to comply with federal, state, and local laws. However, depending upon the type of tax information we are required to send, you may experience a change in the timing of receipt of your tax information. You will receive more detailed information about the tax processing schedule for your account with your December statement.

Q: Will I still work with the same people?
A: Yes, please continue to work with the same Private Client Group representatives that you do today. As part of PNC Wealth Management, your current team of experienced professionals will continue to manage your relationship and provide the personalized service you’ve come to expect.
Q: Will I still have access to the same products/services?
A: After the conversion to PNC, you will have access to a broad array of products and services.
Online Account Access
Q: Will I be able to access information for my investment management and/or trust accounts online?
A: Yes, once enrolled in PNC Online Banking, you can access investment management and/or trust account information. In fact, you’ll also be able to access your PNC banking, brokerage, and credit card account information as well, using a single User ID and Password, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q: When can I access information for my investment management and/or trust accounts online?
A: Your investment management and/or trust information will appear in PNC Online Banking beginning on March 2, 2010. Your banking and brokerage accounts will appear when they convert to PNC. There will be more detailed information about enrolling in PNC Online Banking in a mailing you will receive in January.
Q: When/How can I enroll in PNC Online Banking?
A: You can enroll in PNC Online Banking beginning on March 2, 2010, by visiting pnc.com. There will be more detailed enrollment instructions in a mailing you will receive in January. If you are already enrolled in PNC Online Banking, on March 2, 2010, your investment management and/or trust account balances and holdings (as of March 1, 2010), will automatically display.
Q: Will any of my investment management and/or trust information in National City’s IM&T Online Account Access be transferred to PNC Online Banking?
A: On March 2, 2010, your investment management and/or trust account balances and holdings (as of March 1, 2010), will automatically display. Any conversion-related transactions from February 26 will display on March 2, 2010.
Q: Will I still be able to access National City IM&T Online Account Access at NationalCity.com/wealthaccounts?
A: After the February 26, 2010 conversion-related transactions, new account information will not be added to Investment Management and Trust Online Account Access through National City. Existing users will be able to access this service until June 30, 2010, to view a rolling 17 months of historical account data.
Q: Where do I get a PIN to enroll in Online Banking?
A: If you have a PNC debit card, you can use that PIN. Or you can call the Wealth Management Service Center at 1-888-762-6226, Monday – Friday, 7am – 10pm, Saturday and Sunday, 8am – 5pm (ET) beginning on March 2, 2010.
Q: Will my attorney/accountant/third party advisor be able to access my investment management and/or trust account online?
A: Yes, you can authorize online access in PNC Online Banking for third parties to access your investment management and/or trust information through the Interested Party feature.

Q: Will disbursements still be wired to checking/savings accounts?
A: Yes. PNC Wealth Management will continue to wire disbursements to your checking/savings account.
Q: Do I have to be concerned with privacy issues when my accounts convert to PNC?
A: No. Like National City, PNC takes its responsibility to protect your confidential information very seriously and applies the same high standards to its systems and processes. Included with a mailing you will receive in January will be a copy of the PNC Consumer Information Privacy Principals, which explains the type of information PNC collects, how this information is used for your benefit, how PNC protects it, and the limited circumstances when PNC will share it with others.
