PNC Welcomes RBC Bank USA Customers

PNC Bank welcomes RBC Bank USA customers as the result of conversion activities during the March 2-4 weekend. Employees worked together from Friday through Sunday to convert more than 400 branches and customer accounts to PNC with plans to reopen Monday morning as scheduled. Customers with questions can call 1-855-680-5870 for personal accounts and 1-855-680-5871 for business accounts.

PNC provides customers with greater ease and convenience to achieve their financial goals. This combination includes a network of more than 2,900 branches and 7,100 ATMs along with loans, credit cards, wealth management and PNC Virtual Wallet for retail consumers plus loans, capital markets and treasury management for businesses.

• Start using PNC Bank checks and other materials with your new routing/transit and account numbers.
• PNC Telephone Banking is available at 8:00 a.m. ET: 1-855-680-5870.
• PNC customer service is available from 7:00 a.m. until 10 p.m. ET: 1-855-680-5870 for personal accounts and 1-855-680-5871 for business accounts.
• PNC Online, Mobile and Text Message banking are available at 8:00 a.m.
